DISTINGUISHING PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Cindy and Wendy are identical twins.
KNOWN SUPERPOWERS: Both have the ability to absorb light for the creation of solid light constructs, which they can use as either projectiles, simple weapons, or to allow them super strength, shielding against blades, blunt weapons, or any ballistic weapon up to a 60mm artillery shell, and to fly. For unknown reasons, whenever they have skin on skin contact with one another, their powers are enhanced.
WEAPONS AND EQUIPMENT: Their powers allow them to make solid light constructs of any simple weapon(i.e.: one without many moving parts, and they cannot make firearms, although they can make a bow and arrow), so they see no need to carry weapons. They claim the only equipment they use is their costumes, which allows for maximum exposure of skin, while allowing some modesty. The reason their costumes include tube tops is as much a practical reason, they use their bare shoulders as solar batteries, absorbing the light they need to use their powers.
